Dr. Richard Handley is a Harvard Medical School Master’s Degree trained healthcare executive leader, dual doctorate (MD, DHSc), licensed and board-certified PA-C, U.S. Navy veteran, and a serial entrepreneur. He has written and produced award-winning feature films acquired by Sony and Lionsgate, while also leading innovative healthcare ventures across both clinical and global operational settings.
A graduate of the Keck School of Medicine of USC and the Master of Science in Healthcare Quality and Safety program at Harvard Medical School, Rich now serves as an interviewer and evaluator for physician candidates applying to that same Harvard program. He is board-certified in Longevity and Functional Medicine and holds multiple graduate and doctoral degrees spanning medicine, public health, business, leadership, and the arts.
Whether in one-on-one mentorship or within a fast-paced leadership team, Rich thrives as a creative problem solver and servant leader—valuing empathy, transparency, and shared mission above all. His career has spanned emergency medicine, combat-zone operations, executive leadership, and feature filmmaking—anchored by a deep commitment to lifelong learning, collaboration, and human potential.
Rich holds an MD degree but is not licensed as a physician. He is a California-licensed and board certified PA, with full prescriptive authority and DEA registration.
